A free marketing audit of your dental practice
Where your practice actually shows up, what a patient sees when they check you out, and the first thing we would fix. No charge, no obligation, and no pricing inside it.
Start with your practice website. We ask for the rest on the next step.
Seven things, checked by a person
The same seven sections every practice gets, in the same order, so you can compare it against anything else you have been sent.
- Google Business Profile and local pack visibility
- Local search rankings for your priority treatments
- Reviews and reputation
- Website conversion readiness and technical SEO
- Citations and NAP consistency
- Paid ads presence
- A competitor snapshot
Three steps, and one of them is ours
You send us your practice and website
Three things: the practice name as it appears on your signage, your website, and your town and postcode. That is everything we need to start.
We confirm within one working day
A real person picks it up and confirms we have what we need. If anything is missing we ask once, rather than guessing.
Your audit arrives within five working days
Written up plainly, yours to keep, with no pricing in it and no obligation to do anything with it. If we could not check something, we say so rather than filling the gap.
What this audit is not
Worth knowing before you ask for one, so it is not a surprise when it lands.
- It is not instant, and not automated. A person runs it, which is why it takes up to five working days rather than ten seconds.
- No guarantees, on rankings or patient numbers. We describe what we observe and what we would prioritise first.
- If we could not check something, it is marked as not checked. We would rather leave a gap than colour it in.
- No pricing inside the audit, and no obligation attached to it. It is yours whether or not we ever speak again.
Availability
Everything we recommend is written in line with GDC and ASA advertising guidance. If we find something on your current marketing that we think puts you at risk, we flag it as a risk and explain why, rather than treating it as something to copy. We do not comment on clinical matters: this is a marketing and visibility audit.
Rather talk it through first?
If you would sooner have a conversation than a document, that is fine too. Twenty minutes, no obligation, and you can ask for the audit afterwards.
